About =deviantTRINI

The purpose of this group is to establish a network among Trinbagonian artists. Whatever part of Trinidad and Tobago you live in or if you are a Trini living elsewhere (or if you've just come to terms with the fact that our twin island state is just the best country ever.


Support Us

If you want to support us, you don't need to join, just tell others about us! You can do so any way you want – by using our icon or placing our username in your signature.


Rules for Gallery

The only thing we ask from you is that you favourite the original artist deviation and not the deviation on our page. It has been made simple.
If you are a member of this group, and are submitting an art piece, please read the Submission Requirements and Submission Guidelines below.

How to Join

If you want to share your artwork and words with us, please send a note with the word "JOIN" in the subject-line and some information on yourself and your artwork style if you wish.

To make sure you are always up to date, you have to devwatch us, so you are always up to date. We would like if somewhere in your signature or journal you could link us to help spread the word. This isn't required though.

The Submission Requirements are:

You agree with the terms mentioned below under "Submission Guidelines".

If you have used Stock Images, Line-Art, Brushes etc from someone other than yourself. Please include that info and provide the links to them.

If you are submitting an Image. It can be a jpg file, gif or pdf - whatever you prefer, if it is not a jpg though, we will also need a preview image to submit it.

Submissions using other people's stock without the proper credit cannot be accepted.


Submission Guidelines:

Important:
PLEASE NOTE that by asking us to put up your work, you are giving us permission to use your artwork for the purpose of displaying it on this account's gallery, as well as any other website or galleries that directly relate to the deviantTRINI group. "Use of your artwork" includes, but is not necessarily limited to, posting up your artwork, printing it for various activities relating to deviantTRINI, modifying it (with your notification and approval) to make it "suitable" to put up. Credits and referrals are always given to the contributing artists whenever their artwork is shown, or referred to.

When submitting, please write a note with the word "SUBMISSION" in the subject-line. Further, you should include the following things in the body of your message:

A link to the deviation you wish to submit of course

Brief description of deviation if you choose.

If you have used stock from other artists, please include links to the respective DA-accounts or webpage, so they can be credited. The same goes for Line-Art and Brushes.

Only submit one deviation a week please, this is somewhere to showcase your artwork, not have a place to a show your entire gallery.


Advertising:

We will help you get the word out for your event if you ask us. We will look into it and decide whether or not it is appropriate to have on the page. We will not advertise random parties and so forth. You must have had a hand in planning/organizing the event.

If your event applies to this rule, just note us and we the admin will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible. Try to send the note as soon as possible so that other members have time to look at it.
