Q: What does this club offer?
A: The purpose of this group is to establish a network among Trinbagonian artists. Whatever part of Trinidad and Tobago you live in or if you are a Trini living elsewhere (or if you've just come to terms with the fact that our twin island state is just the best country ever).

Q: How do I join?
A: Simply send a note to this account with the word "JOIN" in the subject line.

Q: Who can join?
A: All citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, local and foreign alike.

Q: Why can I not join just to support you?
A: Because frankly, you can do that without joining, too and it saves me (the admin) a lot of time if I don't have to go through endless notes and subsequent updates of the member's list.

Q: How can I support you?
A: Put a link to us in your journal or your signature or simply tell your friends or whoever might ask you about the beautiful island you come from.

Q: Do you reject artwork?
A: We will not reject anyone's artwork, except those that are clearly mentioned to be prohibitted by the admins of deviantTRINI and/or the staff of deviantART, but we will be trimming down from time to time to avoid the Gallery from becoming too big. We do however make changes to the artwork if we feel it is too big to be viewed well by other people coming to the page.

Q: Do you only accept certain types of artwork?
A: We accept all types of artwork. We want you send us what you think is the best Artwork you have in your Gallery, so that way everyone can see what you have to show. Please read more about the submission requirements here [link]

Q: What do I need to do to submit something?
A: Write a note with the word "SUBMIT" in the subject line to this account and include a link to your Deviation as well as some additional information (including, but not limited to, credits for stock, line-art used etc) - if you're not yet a member, write a note "JOIN, before submitting artwork. When you submit an image you automatically agree that we can upload it to this account! You can also just give us permission to use all the images in your gallery, which will make it easier for us

Q: Which formats do you accept?
A: As we want to keep file sizes down, we don't accept large flash files or zip files. Other than that we accept all formats.

Q: Can I remove my artwork from the Gallery, that I feel is no longer showing of my best work?
A: Simply send us a note titled "Remove Devation" and state which artwork you would like to be removed from the Gallery - no questions asked; you may, however, give a reason if you like.

Q: I need some help with just a little something ASAP... can you answer my question like... now?

Q: I have an event I am hosting, can I ask you to advertise it here?
A: We will look into adding your event to our Events in T&T Journal. Rules for Advertising Here.

Q: What do you favourite?
A: The favourites contain devations of people who have captured Trinidad and Tobago and its beauty. We are not allowed to Favourite anything from out members as stated in FAQ #216: Are there any rules for accounts being used as clubs or 'group' accounts?
We have decided that if we cannot Favourite members artwork that we can at least Feature it. So every month or so, we will be showing Artwork from various artist or a Featured Artist.

Q: Who's on your friends list?
A: The friends list contains Members & Affiliates.

Q: I run a club/community that I would like to see in your affiliates' list, is that possible?
A: Just send a note to this account with the word "AFFILIATE" in the subject line and we will take a look. Right now we would prefer to only have Affiliates from clubs for countries.


Picks of the Month & Featured Artist Questions:

Q: How do you choose the Picks of the Month?
A: We the Admin, choose approximately four to eight deviations each month from mainly these categories: Digital Art, Traditional Art, Photography and Prose/Poetry from various =deviantTRINI members.
We also choose a random image from the Gallery to be the Feature Deviation.

Q: Why weren’t any of my work chosen?
A: We may not have seen the deviation you are talking about as there are many images and literature we have to go through. If you think your deviation is good or know of someone’s work you think is good, send us the link at, Favourite Selections

Q: What exactly does it mean to be a Featured Artist?
A: To be a featured Artist means that you will be Featured in a Journal Entry. This will include a small Interview and Thumbnails of your Artwork.

Q: How is the Featured Artist chosen?
A: We choose a Featured Artist from what we consider to be either a consistant amount of great work or an artist that has shown great improvement in their work and/or style of work. Do you think you know who should be a Featured Artist, feel free to suggest them at Favourite Selections
